Since the beginning, over the next 30 years, "Deering's Famous Jerkey" has grown to producing more than 26 varieties of Beef, including Chicken, Pork, Elk, Venison and Buffalo. The facilities are USDA approved and many of the products are produced under the current USDA regulations.

Besides our smoked jerkey's, we also produce a large variety of fresh and smoked sausage, smoked hot dogs, Italian brats, beef snack sticks and several choices of hunter sausages. While visiting, we have two convenient locations in Traverse City, 827 S. Union and 1142 Barlow.
